Both of these URLs should work for the same site once things are all set up and propagated:
https://sites.google.com/members.eastkingdom.org/proofofconcept
https://proofofconcept.members.eastkingdom.org
The subdomain (members.eastkingdom.org) in both URLs is determined by the owner of the site.
